A fitted kitchen with electrical appliances is available for your use.

Large balcony facing the quiet garden side – ideal for relaxing.
Shared use of the garden is permitted – please keep it clean.

Please ventilate regularly, especially after cooking and showering.

Please separate waste and dispose of it regularly.


Pets
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
Please do not leave pets unattended in the apartment and avoid any damage.


Damages & Problems
If anything is damaged or not functioning properly, please inform us immediately so we can find a solution together.

Our accommodation is centrally located in Bad Weißenstadt, just a few minutes from many leisure activities:

Siebenquell Thermal Spa
The Siebenquell GesundZeitResort Thermal Spa is located about 1.5 km away on foot or approximately 3 minutes by car.
It is a large wellness and thermal spa with water world, sauna world, mineral pools, and spa area. Perfect for relaxation, swimming, or a wellness day in between.

Weißenstadt Lake
The lake is only 3 minutes’ walk away and offers:
Walks along the 4 km lakeside path
Swimming, fishing, pedal boating, or picnicking by the lake

Hiking & Outdoor Activities
There are numerous hiking trails and routes around Weißenstadt in the natural surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge:

Circular trail to Großer Waldstein – beautiful views and pure nature

Circular trail to Rudolfstein and the Three Brothers Rocks – approx. 9 km with impressive rock formations

Terrain health trails and the Eger Life Path – easy, informative walking paths directly by the lake
Bad Weißenstadt am See

You can park easily directly on Zeller Straße, where free public parking is available (subject to availability).
