Step out onto the shared terraces, both covered and open, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You also have a private balcony for added privacy. The communal pool area includes two pools: one for adults and one for children, as well as an outdoor shower for cooling off. The pools are available approximately from June to September.



During your stay, you can use the communal parking within the complex. One pet is allowed upon prior request and approval. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected from 11:00 p.m. to ensure everyone’s peace.



Please note the building does not have an elevator. The property is in a quiet residential area, allowing you to rest while still having easy access to local activities such as golf, polo, and boat trips.
