Summary:

The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:



- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)



The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).



The Space:

A little paradise for families:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house (the main apartment on the ground floor is locked and unoccupied).



The apartment has:



A living/dining room (with ceiling fan and TV) and a sofa bed for one adult or two children; one bedroom (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) – this room contains one double bed and a single bed (which could also be placed in the living room); and one bathroom.



On the ground floor, guests have access to a second living room (with access to the pool terrace and a TV); directly opposite is the fully equipped summer kitchen (with barbecue).



By the pool, there is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an outdoor toilet.



The garden is very tastefully landscaped and offers excellent privacy.



A large parking space is available on the property for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area. Several beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
