This apartment, newly renovated in 2018, is suitable for two to four people and is located in the popular district of Crikvenica near the sandy beach. It consists of a cosy living/dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The living area opens onto the covered balcony of the holiday apartment. There are two air conditioning units in the apartment: one in the living area and one in the bedroom. This ensures a pleasant coolness even in the hottest weather. The apartment can be booked together with the neighbouring apartment, which is connected by a dividing door. The dividing door can be opened by the landlord if required, but this is only done at the customer's request. There is a parking space on the property.
