This beautiful holiday home for up to eight people is located in pleasant surroundings, not far from the crystal-clear sea and beautiful beaches that Novi Vinodolski has to offer. The 90 m² living space is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor has access to the covered terrace and the beautiful garden and consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. An extra bed can be set up in the living room if required, which is intended as a sleeping accommodation for the eighth person. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each and one room with a single bed. One of the two bedrooms with two separate single beds is connected to the bedroom with the double bed. The room with the single beds is only accessible via the bedroom with the double bed. The largest bedroom has direct access to the house's beautiful balcony. The covered balcony offers a pleasant sea view. The outdoor area is well suited for families with children. There are two terraces and a beautiful garden. There are three parking spaces available on the property. The house is equipped with three air conditioning units. One is located in the living room, one in the large bedroom with the double bed and one in a bedroom with two single beds.
