It is only 17 metres from the crystal-clear waters of Kvarner Bay and just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Crikvenica. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room with access to a beautiful balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and sea view, a double room with two single beds, a double room with bunk beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located in a separate cottage and can be accessed via the garden terrace. In front of the kitchen, there is a covered terrace with seating for six people. The highlight of this apartment is the roof terrace, which is so close to the sea that you feel like you are standing on the deck of a ship!
