On the ground floor of the house, you will find a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, two 25 m² bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and a separate toilet. From the kitchen, you have access to the rear of the house, where the 75 m² pool area and garden are located. On the first floor, there are two 20 m² bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The living room opens onto the balcony.
The outdoor area consists of a 75 m² pool area with sun loungers, parasols, a table with chairs, a 32 m² swimming pool, a barbecue and four parking spaces. The sea can only be seen from the balcony of the holiday apartment. The landlord offers an airport transfer on request.
