This layout guarantees privacy and comfort for every guest. An outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower and washing machine near the pool offers additional comfort and is easily accessible. The quiet and spacious courtyard invites you to relax. A 90 m² partially covered terrace with breathtaking sea views invites you to linger. Guests have access to three parking spaces and a beautiful 36 m² pool, which is the highlight of the house. Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, charcoal grill, solar-powered outdoor shower and four comfortable sun loungers.
