The newly built villa with pool is located on the outskirts of Labinci, not far from Porec. In Kaštelir, just a 3-minute drive away, there are many useful amenities, including a grocery store (500 m from the house) as well as typical restaurants, coffee bars, agritourism establishments and wine routes. The nearest pebble beaches and sports and leisure facilities are located in the tourist resort of Lanterna, 9 km away. The house has its own garden of approx. 1,100 m², which is in a quiet location and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Outside, Villa Domenica Exclusive offers its guests private covered parking for two vehicles, a 40 m² pool with sun loungers and seating, a covered terrace with seating and a brick barbecue. The villa is 200 m² in size, fully air-conditioned and designed for eight people. It extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace and pool, and a bedroom with shower/WC. There is another shower/WC in the hallway. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and each with its own shower/WC, one of which has a balcony and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Pets are allowed. Youth groups are not permitted.
