The house is located on the edge of a forest on an 863 m² fenced property and offers guests the following outdoor amenities: a 42 m² pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a fire pit and a covered terrace by the pool. Two parking spaces are also available. On request, the pool can be heated so that you can enjoy a refreshing dip even in the cooler months before or after the season. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding nature. The entire house is air-conditioned and has fast Starlink internet. The highlight of the villa is the large, completely fenced outdoor area where your children can play carefree. Youth groups are not permitted.
