The villa is a holiday home with a pool in Kastelir. It is located just 14 km from Porec and the nearest beach, and 3.5 km from restaurants, shops and other amenities. Wine and olive oil routes and a paragliding site are also nearby. The house is located on the edge of a small village, surrounded by greenery, on a completely fenced, 1,200 m² well-kept property with a 48 m² saltwater pool, a jacuzzi and sun loungers. Next to the pool is a covered summer kitchen with a large table for twelve people and a charcoal grill. There is also a separate house with a pool table and a separate toilet. There are several parking spaces in the courtyard. The villa offers a total of 400 m² of living space for up to 14 people and consists of two separate living units, making it ideal for larger groups or several families. On the ground floor of the larger living unit, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a separate toilet and a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom, which is wheelchair accessible. In the upper part of the house there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and double bed, one of which has a covered balcony. All rooms offer a beautiful view of the olive grove and the garden. In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower. The second, smaller residential unit consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a separate toilet and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet in the hallway. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi. Youth groups are not permitted.
