The 33 sqm apartment features an open-plan sleeping and living area. This main room includes

- sofa bed, 140cm wide,
- a wardrobe and a TV.
The interior is decorated with artsy details inspired by Berlin, including black-and-white photography, a large Berlin map, and colorful photographic impressions reflecting the city’s creative character.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for a short stay, including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave with oven function, coffee maker, kettle, and a washer-dryer.
The bathroom features two windows, providing natural light and ventilation.

The accommodation is located on a quiet side street in the vibrant neighborhood of Friedrichshain. On Corinthstraße itself, you’ll hardly notice that you’re in one of Berlin’s most lively districts.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building, with just one step to climb from the street to the entrance - so there's no need to carry your luggage up and down stairs.

The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, one of Berlin’s most creative and lively districts. Cafés, restaurants, bars, and local shops are all within easy walking distance. Popular attractions such as the East Side Gallery and the Spree River are nearby, offering plenty of options for sightseeing and walks.
Getting Around:
A 10-minute walk takes you to Ostkreuz and Treptower Park S-Bahn stations, offering fast connections to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (14 min) and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER, 17 min via FEX train). Flexible public transport access makes exploring Berlin simple without a car, while the quiet street ensures a restful stay.

The booking price already includes the 7% VAT and 5% City Tax ("Übernachtungssteuer").
Clean towels and bed linen are included in the booking price, as well as the use of the washing machine with integrated dryer.
