Located in Lucca’s historic center, Barsotti House is a 70 m² vacation home that accommodates up to 6 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and TV, a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and freezer. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, central heating, washing machine, video on demand, TV, self check-in, and a dedicated workspace.



The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in a quiet pedestrian area between the Liceo Classico and Villa Pfanner. From this central location, you can easily explore the city on foot.



Pets are allowed (maximum one, available for an extra fee). Events are not permitted. There is a restaurant on the ground floor that may cause noise during opening hours, especially on weekends. Early morning waste collection may also cause some noise, as is common throughout the historic center.



The property is in a limited traffic zone, accessible only on foot, by bicycle, or by taxi. The nearest parking is about a 7–8 minute walk away.



A crib and high chair are available on request.
