The 120 m² historic holiday house in Sexau, Baden-Württemberg, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine with 15 capsules. You have access to Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating in all rooms, a private washing machine, and a TV. Families will find a baby cot and a high chair. There is also a portable air conditioner.



Enjoy views of the village and surrounding mountains. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and in the small sunroom behind the kitchen.



Parking is available on a private spot at the house or on the street. Public transport is easily accessible. Self check-in provides flexibility.



The hosts live on the property but not in the booked house. Cycling and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and a forest playground is nearby. Freiburg im Breisgau, with its old town, cathedral, and cafés, is 15 km away. Europa-Park and Rulantica can be reached in 30 minutes. The region offers access to the Black Forest and Elz Valley, the Hochburg castle ruins are close, and the Kaiserstuhl wine region is also within easy reach.
