The holiday apartment is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is situated within a hotel complex. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny and secluded location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn.


Holiday resort
12 Accommodation and Reception. The reception is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For arrivals after 8:00 pm, a surcharge of €30 will be applied, which must be communicated without fail.


Location
Badesi. The holiday flat is located in a hotel complex, on an open plot with lawn. The small village, built in the characteristic style of the old Gallurese stazzo, consists of single-storey buildings that blend harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The flats, which are not far from the swimming pool, are situated in a relaxing environment in close contact with nature, WITHOUT services such as Wi-Fi, television or air conditioning, in order to offer an experience of relaxation and detachment from everyday life.

. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Electric heating €15 per day Fan in the apartments. NO TV.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, diameter 35 m, 1.5 m deep). Solarium area with sun loungers.


Dogs
allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per week. up to 20 kg


Distances
Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 1000 m, town centre 1000 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is recommended. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 1000 m in Badesi. Airport in Olbia 75 km. In summer: Swimming opportunity (beach 1500 m in Badesi with sand). The beach is reached via a private road.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, step-free and leads directly into the living room. Living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, seating area, dining area and double sofa bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/sleeping room with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, microwave and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
