Located in Barberino di Mugello, Tuscany, Villa Panzano-Barberino di Mugello is a spacious 370 m² villa ideal for up to 8 guests. It features 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen.



The large kitchen includes a wood-fired oven where you can learn to make pizza with a professional pizzaiolo—a favorite activity for children, who can prepare, bake, and enjoy pizza right by the oven.



Upon request, a local cook can prepare typical Tuscan dishes with local products, available for an extra fee.



The central living room offers a billiard table, lounge area, and dining room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, washing machine, barbecue, high chair, and baby cot.



Outside, enjoy a garden and a private pool set in the villa’s park. The pool is 6x12 m and 140 cm deep. Pool towels are provided.



You’ll also find a ping pong table and beautiful views of the lake and mountains.



On-site parking is available, and up to 2 pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed, but events are not permitted.



Minimum stay is 5 nights in July and August, 3 nights during other months.



The villa is part of an organic farm surrounded by greenery, 18 km from Florence and 3 km from the A1 Barberino di Mugello exit. You can purchase extra virgin olive oil, local vegetables, and artisanal honey.



Nearby, you can enjoy sport fishing and access 3 padel courts with shoe and racket rental.



To visit Florence, Villa Costanza parking on the A1 is convenient; trains depart every 15 minutes to the city center.
