Located on the first floor with a private entrance, this cottage is ideal for 2 guests, or up to 4 using the sofa bed. With around 30 m² of space, it also features a pleasant covered terrace—perfect for meals or relaxing outdoors.



Inside, you'll find a mezzanine (max height 1.50 m) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. The living area offers a convertible sofa, TV, coffee table, and bookshelf. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, cooktop, oven, washing machine, dishes, and various utensils. The bathroom includes a sink, walk-in shower, and toilet.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
