The detached mobile home is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Barbecuing with charcoal and electric grills is prohibited. A gas barbecue can be rented at reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a fee of €15.00. A baby set can be requested for a fee of €28.00 per week; this includes a cot and a high chair, each for children under 3 years.


Holiday resort
National category 4 stars, 100 accommodations, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pool bar, internet (Wi-Fi) and children's playroom. The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00. In the children's playroom there is a ball pit and a mini climbing wall. The ball pit is open during entertainment hours. The credit cards "Carta Si" and "Maestro/EC" are also accepted.


Location
Padenghe sul Garda. The mobile home is located in a holiday resort, on a garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The public beach with direct pedestrian access is easily reachable from Camping della Colombaia.

The campsite has a private jetty, accessible from the beach, as well as a slipway for hauling in boats and dinghies.

Via the pedestrian path that runs along the beach, you can reach the harbour of Moniga del Garda, the lido of Padenghe sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. The use of air conditioning and heating is included for a maximum of 8 hours per day only. Any additional use must be paid for on site. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi‑Fi), washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. Swimming caps are mandatory. There are two outdoor pools, one unheated and one heated. The unheated outdoor pool has a depth of 1.35 m to 1.80 m. The heated outdoor pool is accessible to persons aged 16 and over and is open approximately from mid-April to mid-October. The water is only heated in spring and autumn. The unheated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone and is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September. During the period when the unheated outdoor pool is closed, the heated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area. In the pool area you will find not only a pool kiosk, but also slides, water cannons, splash fountains and activity fountains.

In the complex: mini golf and table tennis. Animation for children. Use of the sauna is possible for a fee. There is also a boules court in the complex. There is also an open-air fitness area with panoramic views. The entertainment is for children aged 4 to 12 and is only available in high season, from around the end of May to mid-September. In the months of June, July and August there is sports entertainment for adults. Some of the services are for a fee, further information is available at reception.
