The spacious 83 m² apartment on the third floor offers space for up to 5 people for a relaxing vacation and is ideal for families, friends, and couples who value high comfort and a stylish ambience. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living and dining area, which creates a cozy atmosphere with its elegant design and fireplace. Large windows let plenty of daylight into the room and offer you a great sea view, which ensures a special feel-good experience at any time of day. Entertainment is provided by the smart TV, games, and Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. The dining area is equipped with a high-quality dining table and is seamlessly integrated with the modern, open-plan kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities you need: a microwave, dishwasher, espresso and coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen equipment are available, as well as sufficient crockery and cutlery and a blender. A starter pack of consumables is provided for the first few days. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms you will find a double box spring bed (200x200cm) and in the other two single beds (100x200cm). Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, blackout curtains, and a smart TV. Here you can enjoy plenty of privacy and individually designed sleeping comfort. The fifth sleeping space is on the comfortable sofa in the living area. A baby cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, window, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer. A special highlight is the private infrared cabin, where you can enjoy relaxing wellness moments in a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, full-length mirror, laundry rack, and a wardrobe, making longer stays extremely comfortable. A spacious, furnished balcony not only offers you a view of the sea, but also invites you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the special location. Other amenities include underfloor heating and privacy screens for all windows. A private parking space directly in front of the accommodation and an elevator in the building ensure convenient access to the vacation apartment.
