There is also a sprung sofa in the living room that can be used as a bed measuring 140 x 230 cm, along with a smart TV including Prime Video, Maxdome and Netflix app. A Blu-ray player and wireless printer are available, as well as Wi-Fi free of charge. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower and WC. A hairdryer and fresh towels are provided.

The centre with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. is about 1200 metres away.

The apartment can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children comfortably. The owners can provide a travel cot and highchair on request.
