The holiday home Vanessa is located in Mecklenburg, in the holiday village Dümmer See with approx. 80 houses. The holiday village is fenced in and secured by an electrically operated gate. The path from the house to the lake (bathing area with a small sandy beach) is approx. 100 metres. The boat and fishing jetties are also located there. The holiday home is newly built (2017) and with its 120 square metres of living space offers plenty of room for 2 guests (with a small surcharge up to max. 8 people). The underfloor heating makes the stay pleasant even in winter and after a sauna session you can relax wonderfully on the large terrace. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired, whether dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave or electrical appliances, everything is available. A spacious living room with flat screen TV invites you to linger, and the pool table and foosball table make many hearts beat faster. Upstairs there are four bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Two bathrooms with WC, one with shower, the other with shower and bathtub ensure a stress-free start to the day. A travel cot and high chair (by arrangement and subject to availability) are available. The house naturally includes a rowing boat from 15.4 to 1.11, 2 bicycles and an outdoor barbecue. The holiday home Vanessa is a non-smoking house. Towels and bed linen are available for a hire charge.

Dear tenants,
this property is planned and designed for a family holiday, so please understand that we cannot accept youth groups and group bookings. Therefore, please always state the names and ages of all travellers when making a booking so that your booking can be answered quickly.
As a landlord, we are not prepared to charge electric cars at the household socket. Therefore, we do not even allow the charging of e-cars, as the local power lines are not designed for such high continuous loads.
