The holiday home is located in Kaštel near the EU border. Only a few minutes away from the well-known holiday destination Umag, which offers you numerous beaches of all kinds and much more. The house has a pool all to yourself as well as a large garden where the barbecue is located. The flat is newly renovated and has everything concerning the living area, kitchen, bathroom and the several bedrooms. The area is very quiet with no discos nearby and no car traffic so you can let your children play quietly and carefree. There are numerous restaurants in the area that can offer you many specialities and all are within walking distance. Istria is known for its sporting activities and so there are sports of all kinds available to you, for example horse riding, cycling routes, golf, diving, tennis and much more.in the house there are permanent residents on the floor.Only the ground floor flat shown in the pictures is for rent and the pool is only for your use as well as the barbecue and garden. the surrounding area is wooded as you can see on the satellite photo so we can not guarantee that in summer no insects come into the house or other. The photos were taken in April 2011 so there may be some changes to the property.
The house has steps to the entrance and is therefore not suitable for guests in wheelchairs.
