The rustic holiday home is located in the heart of the old town of Medolino. The nearest beach is also not far away and can be reached on foot.

On the inviting terrace on the first floor you will find a barbecue, a table and benches. Mediterranean herbs such as lavender, sage and rosemary grow in pots and tubs, spreading a wonderful scent. The small courtyard with the beautifully decorated fountain serves as a staircase to the upper areas of the house. The house includes a small garage, used as a common room with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator and bench, but also suitable for vehicles up to 4.50 metres long. Larger cars can be parked in a private car park 50 metres away.

The stone house, built before 1890 and completely renovated, consists of three floors, on which there are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living rooms. On the ground floor is the first bedroom (Wengé room) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a cot. Adjacent is a bathroom with shower.

A corridor leads to the picturesque courtyard with a fountain. From here, a stone staircase leads to the first-floor terrace, from which one can access the second bedroom (Camera Vecchia). It is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and antique furniture. The room is separate from the house and has a terrace. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious kitchen-dining room with a dining table and TV. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need for cooking and even a dishwasher. The large couch in the living area can be used as a sofa bed if required (living area 150 x 200 cm). A staircase leads to the attic where you will find two more rooms and a bathroom with shower. The first room is designed as a living room. A sofa, which can also be converted into a bed (130 x 200 cm), invites one to relax. There is also a work table, a sideboard with sink, a kettle and a safe for valuables. Next door is the third bedroom (Cherry Room) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a four-door wardrobe and bedside tables. From here there is a wonderful view that reaches as far as the sea. In total, the accommodation offers six beds, two sofa beds and a cot. It is possible to reserve a cot for an additional child. The attic room is air-conditioned, only the Vecchia room on the first floor is equipped with a fan to ensure a pleasant temperature.

The centre is very lively because events often take place there.

Since the holiday home is located in the centre of the village, shops are within walking distance: a bakery, an ice cream parlour and a bar can be found within 50 metres, while the nearest grocery shop is about 300-400 metres away. The nearest beach is about 700 metres away.
