The sofa bed (100cm wide) in the living room, which also has a dining space for six people, can accommodate a further person (supplementary charge). Next to the dining space there is an adjoining open kitchen, fully-equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The first bathroom has a bath, WC, bidet, and washing machine, while the second has a shower and a WC.

It is only 300 metres to the town centre. It is 700 metres to the sandy beach. It is five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Many museums, shops, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The manin beach in town is a ten-minute walk away. It provides a range of sports activities and opportunities to relax.

The owners also live in the house and are happy to assist with queries and to provide information.
