We offer you family-run and individually furnished holiday flats of various sizes and a bungalow in a direct location on Lake Sellin in the Baltic seaside resort of Sellin. The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are only a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafes invite you to linger in Wilhelmstraße, and the holiday home is only about 50 metres from Lake Sellin.

The flats are modern and comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired: All windows are equipped with electric shutters on the outside and have pleated blinds on the inside. The floors are covered with vinyl flooring. The walls were given a rustic textured plaster finish or non-woven wallpaper in the bedrooms and corridors and the ceilings were partially clad with wooden panelling. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. Each flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a wood-burning stove. SAT-TV is available in the living rooms and bedrooms. A WLAN connection is also available.

The flat has a terrace overlooking the garden - just 50 metres from Lake Sellin.

There is a washing machine room for communal use. Here you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer with coin-operated machine. Two car parking spaces are available for this flat on the property and the in-house sauna with relaxation room has been inviting you to relax since September 2013.
