About This Property
We cordially invite you to spend your holiday in our lovingly and functionally furnished holiday flat (approx. 65 m²). The holiday flat is quietly located in the centre of the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen and is preferably intended for 2 people, an extra bed, also with a cot, is possible on request. It is located on the 1st floor and can be booked from the end of March to the end of October as well as over Christmas and the turn of the year, depending on occupancy also together with our holiday flat "de Irst" located in the same house. It is equipped with internet connection via WLAN access and you can spend relaxing hours in the cosy living room with corner couch, satellite HDTV with digital radio, DVD player with CD function and more. A separate kitchen (approx. 8.5 m²) with cooking facilities (2 induction hobs), microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and various crockery is at your disposal, as well as a shower and a separate WC with built-in washbasin, mirror with LED lighting and hairdryer. All rooms are centrally heated (weather permitting). In the entrance area of the ground floor there is a veranda with seating. A parking space for your car is located directly on the property and for bicycles we offer a shelter with stable connection possibility. There are several shopping facilities in the village and in the immediate vicinity, as well as doctors, a pharmacy, physiotherapy, restaurants and interesting cultural offers within a short walking distance. Bike hire stations with pick-up, drop-off and repair services are available on site. The sailing harbour is approx. 1.0 km away and the beach is approx. 900 m. We wish you relaxing hours on the beautiful roof terrace (south-west facing), barbecues are possible on the property and extensive guest information will help you plan your excursions. Nature lovers will find kilometres of well-developed hiking and cycling trails on Usedom, also in wooded areas. You can enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate on our wide, fine sandy beach.
