The large 43 m² living room is divided into a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate sitting and sleeping area with two movable single beds (each 200 cm x 90 cm), as well as the cosy living area with a three-seater and two upholstered chairs. This room offers a beautiful panoramic view for tracking migrating birds from the two inland lake nature reserves. Free W-LAN is also available for googling the various bird species. From the living room you can access the approx. 2 m² south-facing balcony through the balcony door.

There are shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood with virtually everything you need and, above all, the fantastic beach within walking distance. You can also pass the small wood on the shortest route and get directly to the centre and the beach after approx. one kilometre.
