This detached holiday house is spread over two floors and is two kilometres above the vibrant Roggow (Salzhaff) holiday area on a residential estate in Russow. The house was built in 1978 and renovated in 2014.

The house provides 50m² of living space for four people. It has a cosy living room with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace (firewood free of charge), a CD/radio stereo system, a Full HD TV (satellite receiver) with a Blu-ray player and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a table and chairs. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine, for use free of charge. The house is laid with low-maintenance tiles and laminate. The owner can provide board games for all ages for games evenings. All the rooms in the house have heating and free wireless Internet access. There is a telephone for inland calls (no mobile calls).

The fully enclosed garden on the 600m² site with a lawn is ideal for relaxing. A stable hammock also invites you to relax. There is a roofed terrace with a built-in grill. You can enjoy grill evenings here together in the cosy outdoor sitting corner. Two men’s and a ladies’ bicycle are available for use free of charge. You can park your car in the car port free of charge. Pets are allowed for a fee.

During the canopy beach chair season, you can use one free of charge at the dog beach in Kühlungsborn, along with a parasol and two deckchairs.

In Russow there is a highly recommended local restaurant that serves delicious meat dishes, as well as very good daily fish dishes. There are two bicycle routes to Rerik, a natural track right by the Salzhaff, as well as an asphalted cycle path from Roggow. It is about 6km from the house to the beach. There are well-priced grocery shops in Neubukow (4km from the house). Kühlungsborn is about 14km away.
