This pleasant holiday house enjoys a quiet location in the little village of Loborika near Pula.

The terrace, where you can also spend pleasant hours in the evenings, also provides access to the beautiful, private swimming pool. It was built just recently and the pool area also has a shower and deckchairs. There is a grill area near the pool. A play corner with a sand pit will keep children entertained. The site measures 800m². There is parking space for two cars.

The house provides around 110m² of living space and can accommodate up to eight people. All the rooms are on one level, with a light and inviting décor, and the living room provides direct access to the roofed terrace. There are three bedrooms in total, one with a double bed and the other two each with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV and the third has a radio. There are two bathrooms – one with a bath and the other with a shower. The spacious and air-conditioned living area has a sofa bed, satellite TV, a small stereo system and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. You can also use a separate storage room with a fridge for storing groceries. The dining table is between the living room and the kitchen.

You can visit many bays with crystal clear water. A range of cultural events are held in the town of Pula. Here there are also many monuments from Roman times and it is recommended to go on a stroll through the town.
