The flats are modern and comfortably furnished and leave nothing to be desired: All windows are equipped with electric shutters on the outside and have pleated blinds on the inside. The floors are laid with Vinylan. The walls were given a rustic textured plaster finish or non-woven wallpaper in the bedrooms and corridors and the ceilings were partially clad with wooden panelling. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality ceramics and a glass shower. Each flat has a modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen and a wood-burning stove. SAT-TV is available in the living rooms and bedrooms. A WLAN connection is also available.

The flat has a balcony overlooking the garden - just 50 metres from Lake Sellin.
