About This Property
In our house - the former "count's" stables built in 1887 - there are two beautiful holiday flats and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The twin room "Radlerzimmer" is on the ground floor, is very tastefully furnished and is particularly suitable for cyclists travelling to or from the Baltic Sea. The smaller "Kastanienblick" flat on the first floor is very suitable for short breaks, but also for cyclists on their way to the island of Usedom. Ziethen is directly connected to the Berlin-Usedom long-distance cycle path. The larger flat "Parkblick" is on the ground floor, but due to the lower garden there are also a few steps to climb. This flat is well equipped for longer stays. Both holiday flats can also be booked together, the large family table in the lower flat offers space for up to 8 people. The approx. 1000 m² garden borders directly on the park and the old manor house and is also available to our guests. Our family has owned the property and building since 1990, and we have modernised and extended it time and again.

Ziethen lies to the north of Anklam. The Peene Valley nature reserve from Jarmen to Anklam is a 3414 ha nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, which was designated on 20 May 2010. It encompasses parts of the Peene Valley with peat bogs, river valley moors, swamp forests and meadows. The Peene Valley is considered to be the largest contiguous lowland moor area in Central Europe. 156 bird and 37 fish species have been counted there. (Source: Wikipedia)
