The house has a floor area of approx. 30 square metres. You will find a leather corner sofa and a dining table in the living area. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table with lamp and a wardrobe. In the spacious kitchen you will find everything you need for self-catering.
Bed linen, towels, electricity and WiFi are included and you also have a furnished terrace. The large barbecue area is communal. The car park is right next to the house.
The distance to the lake and the nearest restaurant is 250 metres. In the Rösetal valley, various winegrowers offer their wines in wine taverns. You are in the northernmost wine-growing region in Germany.
