The 135m² modern holiday house is in Bujici, a green suburb of Porec, just 3km away. It is just a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful beaches of the region and the centre of Porec.

This floor also has a guest WC. The upper floor, accessed up stairs, has two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a bath or shower, a washbasin and a WC. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed (810 x 200cm), while the second has two single beds (90 x 200cm). The whole house has free wireless Internet access. Hand towels, bath towels for the loungers, bed linen and tea towels are all provided. There is a safe for your valuables. The owner allows you to bring a maximum of two small pets.

There are restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centres (2k), cycle paths and various beaches (5km) near the house. The nearest ferry harbour is 5km away and the airport is 45km away.
