On the ground floor you will also find the modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, the WC (extra) and a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor of the house. It is equipped with another satellite TV, a sitting area with a couch and two armchairs. The smallest room is 6 square metres in size and is furnished with a single bed, a small desk and a bedside table. It can be used as a study or playroom. Internet access is via WLAN (Vodafone Gigacube, 4G) and is available throughout the house and on the terrace.

Since 2021 there is an 11 kW wallbox (type 2) directly at the holiday home.
