Located in Morgat on the Crozon Peninsula, this 140 m² wooden house welcomes up to 12 guests in a warm, family-friendly setting. It features three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a 160x200 cm bed (can be separated into two 80x200 cm beds). One is a suite with its own bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.



Upstairs, a dormitory with six beds has its own shower room and separate toilet. In total, there are four sleeping areas and three bathrooms, ensuring comfort for all. The living area, open to the fully equipped kitchen, leads directly to the terrace and pool—perfect for keeping an eye on children while relaxing. A baby kit (travel cot, mattress, high chair) is available.



Inside, enjoy a private hammam (humid heat, 2-3 people) accessible year-round. The pool is available all year (filtered and maintained), but heating is strictly seasonal: water is not heated from September to April-May, and only heated from May to September depending on the weather. No off-season heating is possible.



An electric vehicle charging station is available (charging for an extra fee).



Beaches, the harbor, GR34 trails, sea caves, restaurants, and water activities are about a 10-minute walk away. Parties and events are not allowed; the property welcomes respectful guests seeking a simple, authentic, and friendly stay.



Cleaning is mandatory and bed linen is available as an option if needed.
