Welcome to Apartment Baviera Golf in Caleta de Vélez – your comfortable holiday home on the Costa del Sol, just 45 km east of Málaga. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a well-kept building with an elevator that takes you directly from the private garage parking space to your door.



From the partially covered balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the green gardens to the sea and Torre del Mar. The bright hallway opens into a welcoming living room with a cozy seating area, smart TV, and a stylish dining space for four. From here, you can step out onto the balcony again – perfect for breakfast with a view or relaxing evenings.



Both bedrooms feature double beds, air conditioning, and ample storage; one also has direct access to the balcony. Two modern bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, one with a shower-bathtub – offer comfort and privacy.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment are located in a separate utility room.



The west-facing balcony invites you to relax on two sun loungers – ideal for sunny mornings and spectacular sunsets. The attractive outdoor area features a spacious pool (seasonal - consult with the owner) with palm trees, a bridge, and shaded spots.
