Relax in this charming and peaceful retreat, centrally located and close to all amenities. The apartment is in Venice’s historic center, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the Rialto Bridge, 10 minutes from St. Mark’s Square, and 20 minutes from the train and bus stations.



Recently renovated, the apartment is on the first floor of a 16th-century building. It features a spacious entrance with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and microwave, a double bedroom with wardrobe and dresser, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a living room with TV and sofa. Upon prior request, the sofa can be converted into a bed for extra guests (maximum 2 people in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning is not available.



The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via about 20 steps.



For two guests, the double bed will be prepared. The sofa bed will be set up if there is a third or fourth guest.
