Welcome to Villa Chillax, a modern 320 m² holiday home in Medulin, one of Istria’s most popular coastal towns known for its sandy beaches, lively waterfront, and family-friendly atmosphere. Medulin offers a perfect blend of seaside fun and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for groups and families.



Set on a fully fenced 740 m² property, the villa offers beautiful sea views and welcomes groups and pets (pets incur an additional fee). Villa Chillax features 5 bedrooms for 10 persons, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional guest toilet for convenience.



Outside, you can relax in the 47 m² private pool with 7 sun loungers and 3 parasols, or unwind in the jacuzzi. The outdoor area also includes a summer kitchen with a gas grill, perfect for grilling and dining al fresco.

Inside the villa, guests can enjoy board games for cozy evenings together.



Thanks to its fantastic location, Villa Chillax is just 400 m from the sea and the beach, and 800 m from the nearest restaurant and supermarket.
