There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, TV with Portuguese and international channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower.

The property offers 1 parking space in a shared garage with direct elevator access to the ground floor, as well as street parking. Events and pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair for babies can be provided on request and subject to availability.
