The holiday apartment is located in Ramingstein, a small and charming village in southern Salzburgerland, and a perfect destination for those who want to combine rest, nature and sports. Located in the so-called "Dreiländereck" between Salzburg, Styria and Carinthia, this village with its approximately 1,100 inhabitants offers an authentic, unspoilt atmosphere. Surrounded by mountains, forests and the river Mur, Ramingstein is ideal for hikers, (winter) sports and nature lovers and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle.

In winter, you can reach the ski areas of Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern in Salzburgerland within a short time, as well as the Turracher Höhe and Kreischberg in Styria - with more than 300 km of slopes for optimal skiing fun!

In summer, the region brims with possibilities: take beautiful hiking and cycling tours through the pristine mountain landscape, go rafting or kayaking on the sparkling river Mur, and discover charming, picturesque villages full of local atmosphere. During hot days, cool down with a refreshing dip in crystal-clear mountain lakes or one of the many inviting public swimming pools in the area. After an active day, relax blissfully in the garden or in one of the two atmospheric saunas (infrared sauna and a Finnish sauna). The apartment is the perfect base for families, couples and anyone wishing to enjoy the peace, space and splendour of the Lungau holiday region.

The apartment is right in the cosy village centre, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The well-known towns of Tamsweg, Mauterndorf and St. Michael im Lungau can be reached in about 30 minutes by car
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
