Welcome to the "Talblick" holiday apartments, located right in the center of Pottenstein. Our apartments are set in the picturesque historic town center and offer high-quality furnishings and all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Parking is available for you in the courtyard for an extra fee.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything for a perfect holiday: traditional restaurants, bakeries, breakfast service, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, beverage markets, and pharmacies. Pottenstein is one of the most beautiful and well-known places in Franconian Switzerland, famous for its impressive rock formations, historic sights, and a wide range of leisure activities.



A special highlight is Pottenstein Castle, perched on a rock above the town. Dating back to the 11th century, it offers fantastic views of the area. You can visit the castle and learn more about its fascinating history.



Pottenstein also features a charming landscape with many hiking and cycling trails, such as the Püttlachtal, Klumpertal, and the Pottensteiner Höhenweg with the Himmelsleiter observation tower. The town and its surroundings are known for culinary specialties and vibrant traditions. Several breweries still produce original Pottenstein beer, country inns serve regional delicacies, and you can experience Franconian culture at many festivals. A highlight is the annual event on the evening of January 6th, when countless mountain fires light up the hills around Pottenstein to mark the end of the Eternal Adoration.
