The apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with XL bathtub, shower and toilet, a separate WC, and a living area with large windows offering panoramic views of the Zillertal valley. Washing machine and dryer provide practical convenience for longer stays. Natural materials and clean lines create a welcoming atmosphere. The garden invites you to relax—enjoy breakfast outdoors, read in a deck chair, or breathe in the fresh mountain air.



A special highlight is the direct access: the elevator takes you barrier-free from the parking area to the apartment. The lodge is heated in an eco-friendly way and powered by renewable energy—ensuring a pleasant indoor climate and helping the environment.



For extra comfort, we offer a grocery pre-order service on request, possibly with regional products, as well as a bread delivery service depending on availability, both available for an extra fee. This allows you to tailor your stay to your preferences—simple and personal.
