The Agrumeto annex overlooks a historic citrus garden surrounded by stone walls and features a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a French double sofa bed. Both rooms have independent access through large French doors opening onto a pergola with garden table and chairs. Air conditioning is provided. Guests can use the villa’s Wi-Fi area. The villa park offers a swimming pool, tennis, football, and volleyball courts, which, while not included in the rental contract, are available for guests’ use at their own risk.
