Kitchen (15 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Separate WC (5 sqm) with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size). Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
