Outside, guests have access to two communal swimming pools. The Vila Nova complex, just around the corner, offers a well-equipped pool area with sun loungers, outdoor toilets and showers, a children's playground with grass, a separate pool for small children, and a restaurant/bar with Wi-Fi. The townhouse is located in a more residential area, and the neighbors are sensitive to noise, while the Vila Nova complex is family-oriented.
