There is a sofa bed, recommended only for children. The living room includes a sofa and satellite TV, and the doors open directly onto the terrace, where you can dine indoors or outdoors and enjoy beautiful Menorcan sunsets.

Parking is located in front of the complex and is free of charge. Please note that a few steps lead up to the property.



The pool is spacious and deep, so children should be supervised at all times. There is no lifeguard. The terrace awning should be rolled up if it’s windy or when you are away for long periods.



Please respect the neighbors, keep noise down after 11:00 pm, and avoid showering or using the washing machine at night. The TV is connected to a satellite dish, but channel availability may vary due to digital signal changes.



Leave the apartment in good condition and ensure the dishes and kitchen counter are clean at the end of your stay. The tourist tax is available for an extra fee.
