Located in Toiano di Palaia (PI), this 65 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the option to add 1 extra bed on request. The house features a private kitchen, TV, shared washing machine, and shared children's games. Guests can join olive oil tastings produced on site. Ideal for families with young children or teenagers, as well as couples.



Outside, you’ll find a private covered dining area, shared garden, and outdoor pool. The pool area is spacious and well-ventilated during summer. A shared barbecue is available for outdoor cooking.



A shared parking space is provided on the property, and pets are welcome. Events are allowed upon prior arrangement.



The property is best reached by car due to dirt roads. Set on a hill with beautiful views, it offers access to hiking trails among the nearby gullies and the village of Toiano.



A cot and high chair are available on request. The pool is open from mid-May to late September; opening times may vary depending on weather conditions.
