Holiday home Pol for 6 people in Portocolom, Mallorca, is available for rent. The villa is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the picturesque coastal town of Porto Colom, one of Mallorca's largest natural harbors. Porto Colom has retained the charm of a traditional fishing village, where you can still watch fishermen mending their nets on the quayside. The town boasts beautiful sandy coves and offers amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and small shops. Water sports facilities are also available.

Holiday home Pol is a two-story house. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living/dining area with glass doors leading to the garden. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast table and access to a small veranda with a table and chairs. There is also a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A utility room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a private terrace with garden furniture – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned with limited operating hours.

The inviting outdoor area with a veranda is ideal for al fresco dining. On long summer days, you can cool off in the pool and relax under the pergola with its retractable awning.
