The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Peschiera del Garda. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex. The resort, picturesquely nestled amidst ancient olive trees and Lugana vines, was created from an old farmhouse that was completely renovated in 1919. The resort is located in the "Parco del Frassino" area, on the shores of the small lake of the same name. The beaches on Lake Garda and the old town of Peschiera are just one and a half kilometres away. Verona, the Arena and the exhibition centre are not far away. Gardaland, the thermal baths of Sirmione and the amusement parks in the area can be reached in a few minutes by car. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (1.4 m deep). The accommodation has two pools (1x 50 sqm and 1x 30 sqm), and both have a whirlpool corner. The pools are open from approximately the end of April to approximately the end of September, depending on the weather. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area and included (subject to availability).
