Located in Cancale, this renovated 60 m² fisherman's house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, plus a bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, and stove. The living room features a TV and a 3-seater sofa. You also have Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a high chair for families with young children.



Outside, relax on the private south-facing terrace or in the enclosed garden—perfect for meals together with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house is in a peaceful setting yet close to local attractions.



There are 2 shared parking spaces on site. Please note that parties are not allowed. Beaches are 1.5 km away and the town center is just 800 m.



Bed linen, towels, and pillowcases are not provided. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. If not, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
